ELTO Consultancy has achieved international recognition with its U Magic Medical Cosmetic Institution, awarded Bronze in the 2025 A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award. Located in Jiaojiang, China, and completed in June 2024, the project stands out for its unique approach to medical cosmetic environments, transforming traditional clinical settings into immersive, healing spaces that prioritize both aesthetic appeal and patient well-being.

Inspired by Aristotle's First Principle, the design process began by deconstructing complex spatial requirements into fundamental elements, then reassembling them to create a harmonious and engaging environment. The result is a seamless integration of interior and exterior spaces, where boundaries are blurred and spatial volumes are reconfigured to foster a sense of tranquility and creative exploration. The use of natural materials, biophilic elements, and a carefully curated lighting scheme-favoring a warm 3500K color temperature-enhances the soothing ambiance and depth of the space.

One of the project's most striking features is its artistic spiral staircase, which connects two floors while adapting to the building's original structural constraints. This centerpiece not only improves spatial flow but also introduces a minimalist, avant-garde style that elevates the sensory experience for visitors. Each area within the institution is designed to function independently yet remain interconnected, encouraging both staff collaboration and patient comfort. The thoughtful layout, strategic lighting, and holistic design approach reflect ELTO Consultancy's commitment to functional aesthetics and innovative solutions in healthcare environments.
