Distinctive for its futuristic technological theme, "Futurescape" leverages spatial dimensions and innovative materials to transform perceived limitations into strengths. Eco-friendly Italian mineral paints in refined shades of gray and white, paired with natural wood and stone textures, create a serene yet dynamic atmosphere. Large windows maximize sunlight, reducing the need for artificial lighting and supporting sustainability. The ceiling's integrated light strips and strategic use of the 3.4-meter height enhance the sense of openness, while thoughtful storage solutions and convertible spaces ensure every square meter serves a purpose.

The project's commitment to sustainability is evident in its use of natural, temperature-regulating paints and its design that encourages interaction with nature.
