The building's four elevations form a large 'W,' symbolizing the city of Wuhan. It showcases specific timelines of significant historic events, reflecting the city's development and paving the way for the future.
The design leverages regional cultural inheritance and innovation, emphasizing user experience and providing an open, comfortable, and sharing space for communication. "Seal" integrates sustainable and low-carbon features, incorporating proactive and inactive technologies to ensure environmental responsibility.
The project, which commenced in April 2014 and concluded in August 2017, is a testament to the Institute's commitment to combining client requirements and public needs.
