Fairy Tale Forest by Hsu Fu Chu

Hsu Fu Chu, an award-winning designer, has unveiled the enchanting Fairy Tale Forest in Taichung, Taiwan. The 950 square meter project, completed in October 2020, is a captivating blend of nature and fairy tales, creating a space that is both magical and educational.

The design is based on the concept of a fairy tale forest, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor spaces. The waterscape and greenery, accompanied by domestic animal sculptures, create a fairytale-like ambiance. With a focus on ecological education, the space aims to create an environment that will last for future generations.

Utilizing a loop layout and arc-shaped divisions, the design team has created a unique and interesting space that is connected to the core theme of the forest-like scene and fairy tales. The project also incorporates multi-layer planting to adjust the weather, balance humidity and temperature, and alleviate the urban heat island effect.

Winner of the Silver A' Design Award in 2021, Fairy Tale Forest is a testament to Hsu Fu Chu's outstanding expertise and innovation. The project not only showcases strong technical characteristics but also introduces positive feelings, amazement, and wonder through its splendid artistic skill.
