Milanddesign Unveils the Shimao Loong Palace-Courtyard, a Multi-Level, Artistic, Living, Natural Courtyard Landscape in Beijing
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Milanddesign introduces the Shimao Loong Palace-Courtyard, a luxurious and high-end villa community covering an area of 17,000 square meters, located on the south bank of Shangzhuang Reservoir in the northwest of Haidian District, Beijing. The project is a recipient of the Silver A' Design Award in the Landscape Planning and Garden Design category for its outstanding expertise and innovation.
The inspiration for the project stems from the flow and change of natural elements, such as water, cloud, and light, seamlessly integrating life and nature with flowing curves to create a warm and comfortable living courtyard. The courtyard, covering a landscape area of 1120 square meters, features a 760-square-meter deluxe courtyard, connecting indoor and outdoor spaces to realize the link between art, life, and nature.
To overcome the challenges of the site's vertical variations, Milanddesign utilized virtual reality technology to combine 2D and 3D drawings, enhancing communication and efficiency in the design process. The project's unique feature lies in its multi-level, artistic, living, natural courtyard landscape, seamlessly connecting the landscape and courtyard in multiple dimensions.
