The Ho Hotel Renovation by Hung-Yu Huang

Hung-Yu Huang's renovation of The Ho Hotel lobby in Taiwan has transformed the space into a modern and functional area, catering to both business and leisure travelers. The project, completed in February 2022, redefines the hotel's aesthetic and functionality, making it an ideal choice for local businesspeople and international travelers.

The 630 square meter, one-story hotel lobby underwent a significant transformation, with the introduction of a characteristic dome and staggered linear tassels, creating a visually striking focal point. The grayscale theme emphasizes elegance, while the incorporation of natural lighting and adjustable LED lights provides a comfortable environment for relaxation and work.

The renovation project utilized materials such as marble, linear lighting, ceiling molding design, light steel frame trims, achromatic colors, laminate hard plastic sheets, black mirrors, and artificial stone. These elements, combined with the thoughtful layout of the space, have resulted in a multi-faceted and calm atmosphere, ideal for individual work and group meetings.
