Yingtao Road Terrace House by Ching Ling Ma

Ching Ling Ma's latest project, the Yingtao Road Terrace House, is a stunning example of modern multigenerational living, located in Yingge District, Taiwan. Completed in November 2019, this three-story residence redefines the concept of a family home, integrating innovative design elements to cater to the diverse needs of its occupants.

The 413-square-meter space reflects the life philosophy of its clients, featuring unique materials such as pink onyx, architectural concrete, and aluminum-framed leather. The second floor, designed for the parents, boasts immaculate marble foundations and rose gold multi-material round tables, symbolizing family unity and quality time. The third floor, tailored to the second son, exudes a soft loft style with black glass and architectural concrete, while the fourth floor offers a serene reading corner.

Ching Ling Ma's design approach focused on creating a barrier-free environment, with widened corridors, elevators, and safety lights to cater to occupants of all ages. The project also received the prestigious Iron A' Design Award in 2020, recognizing its practicality, innovation, and ability to meet professional and industrial requirements.
