Novus Penetralis Limited Transforms Dated Restaurant into a Sophisticated Multipurpose Space
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Novus Penetralis Limited has unveiled its latest project, Arena Kitchen, a sophisticated multipurpose space located at AsiaWorld-Expo, Hong Kong. The design, inspired by organic sea curves, has transformed a dated restaurant into a versatile event-dining venue, offering a meeting place for work and leisure next to the city's underrated natural beauty. The neutral palette and organic design language create a quiet charm and coziness, making it a prime space for all occasions and party sizes.
From the dated diner emerges a sophisticated open-floor restaurant with an intimate dining-bar area and an outdoor cafe space set apart by marble tiles and a transverse wave-like partition. The design features movable furniture, dimmable LED lights, and a neutral palette paired with wood veneer panels and marble tabletops, exuding class and warmth. The 1,700 sq ft space serves as a versatile backdrop for various events, offering a seamless and fluid experience for visitors.
The project, which started in June 2020 and finished in October 2020, presented various challenges, including strict regulations set by the Airport Authority Hong Kong due to its proximity to the airport. Despite these challenges, Novus Penetralis Limited successfully delivered a design that immediately increased business for the client amidst the pandemic, showcasing the team's commitment to uncompromising design and functionality.
