Yun Du's latest project, Waterfront Pearl, is set to transform the landscape of Nanchong, China, with a unique blend of tradition and modernity, aiming to become a cultural and ecological tourism destination.

Renowned designer Yun Du has unveiled the ambitious urban design project, Waterfront Pearl, set to redefine the cityscape of Nanchong, China. Inspired by the rich history and natural beauty of the region, the project aims to create a distinctive tourism destination while preserving the area's authenticity and uniqueness.
The project, which commenced in February 2018 and is scheduled for completion in 2021, covers an extensive area of 1,200,000 square meters, integrating landscape and architecture design. The design team, led by Yun Du, includes a group of talented individuals, including landscape designer Chulin Hu, Lemsic, Weiyi Li, Jin Li, Zhiqiang Sheng, Gang Huang, Longhua Bao, and Li Zhang, along with architects Deliang Liu, Mingtao Li, Yinghong Tan, and Zhe Tao.
Waterfront Pearl is not just a design; it's a vision to build a landscape landmark along the Jialing waterfront, fostering tourism and promoting wellness in Western Sichuan. The project's unique approach lies in its utilization of traditional and modern design methods, aiming to create a cultural card for the integration of water cities in Nanbu, while also driving sustainable urban development.
