Lei Zhao's Qingyuan is a 350 square meter private house completed in 2018, located in Zitanshan Villa Community, Shenyang City, China. The design is a fusion of Chinese and Western spaces, creating a leisurely and relaxing atmosphere for the owner, inspired by a warm and sunny mood.

Qingyuan, a private house designed by Lei Zhao, is a unique fusion of Chinese and Western spaces, dedicated to creating a leisurely and relaxing atmosphere for the owner. The first floor hall features a modern western texture, while the negative first floor adopts a more Chinese decoration style, incorporating urban modern fashion and classic poetic feelings. The design aims to embody a free and independent spiritual connotation, truly becoming a "garden" of fine weather.
The design features materials such as Hermes orange leather, marble, metal, glass, and logs, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The orange leather is prominently used throughout the living room and bedroom, symbolizing the ease of coming home and the expectation of a warm and comforting environment.
Completed in 2018, Qingyuan is located in Zitanshan Villa Community, Shenyang City, China. The design was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2021, recognizing its well-designed, practical, and innovative characteristics that meet professional and industrial requirements.
