Yueh Yun Chung unveils NE 17, a residential house design that redefines modern living with its innovative features and breathtaking views.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Yueh Yun Chung presents NE 17, a residential house design that sets a new standard for modern living. The concept behind this design is to make use of the full-length 20-meter height French-styled windows that offer a breathtaking mountainous view, bringing in excellent natural light to the entire apartment. The design creates a collision of light and shadow at different times of the day, enhancing the visual impact and providing a unique living experience.
Making every space modular, the apartment is designed to open up as one entertainment area for gatherings or separately for daily functional needs. The open concept dining area, sleek design using black iron with mirror and painted wooden TV wall feature, and an open concept kitchen with a minibar add to the uniqueness of the design. The study area is cordoned off by industrial feel sliding glass panels, providing a spacious and functional workspace.
The back wall of the living room is painted with soft shades of silver hue from Spiver Srl, paired with titanium plating as part of the aisle's ceiling, creating a visually stunning effect. The space spans 190 square meters and includes 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open kitchen, a dining area, a living room, a study studio, and 2 balconies.
NE 17 was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in 2020 for its outstanding and creatively ingenious design that authenticates experience and resourcefulness. This prestigious accolade recognizes the design's incorporation of best practices in art, science, design, and technology, contributing to quality of life improvements and making the world a better place.
