Chang Ming Hu unveils the Yakiniku Family Restaurant in Taipei, Taiwan, drawing inspiration from traditional Japanese festivals to create a lively and celebratory dining atmosphere.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Chang Ming Hu, the renowned architect, has unveiled the Yakiniku Family Restaurant in Taipei, Taiwan, drawing inspiration from traditional Japanese festivals. The restaurant, covering 224 square meters, captures the essence of a vibrant festival, incorporating elements such as fireworks, goldfish fishing, street vendors' market, and children's games into its design. The restaurant is a part of the WowPrime Group's "Oh my! O-NiKU" brand, focusing on Japanese yakiniku.
The design features a striking signboard with a "raw meat" outline on a red background, exuding a youthful and energetic ambiance. The seating arrangement simulates small stalls, and the space above the neck is separated by translucent patterned glass, creating the illusion of a bustling festival crowd during peak dining hours.
To enhance the festive atmosphere, the restaurant incorporates large flags, light boxes, children's game displays, and an arch structure, all bathed in a vibrant red color scheme. Reflective materials and mesh screens add layers of visual interest while maintaining customer privacy during dining.
