FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Renowned architect Khozema Chitawala has unveiled the extraordinary design of Devi Ratn, a boutique hotel located in Jaipur, India. The hotel's design concept revolves around the 'Ratn' theme, symbolizing the eminence of the parent brand while keeping intact the nobility of both brands. With the scenic views of the Aravalli Hills as a backdrop, the hotel narrates a story of the heritage-rich city of Jaipur while blending in an extraterrestrial design vision.
The hotel's design exemplifies bold, big, and captivating elements, incorporating subtle regional nuances. The glistening ceiling design, lighting elements, colorful hues, vibrant decor items, furniture configurations, and customized soft furnishings all depict the rich Rajasthani culture, offering a unique and immersive experience to its visitors.
Technology incorporated in the design focuses on sustainability and viability, with extensive use of green materials like fiber cement boards and stone laminates. The hotel also features washable and sterile digital eco-friendly customized wallpapers, ensuring a blend of luxury and environmental consciousness.
Devi Ratn spans over 20 acres and is designed to enthrall the hearts of tourists visiting Rajasthan, offering a surreal experience that mirrors the essence of Jaipur. The project, which lasted for 9 months, was a collaboration between Bhagwat and Associates, Urban Studio, and Designers Group, with the latter taking charge of the renovation to align the interior grammar with the overall architectural envelope.
Ar. Khozema Chitalwala, the mastermind behind this exceptional design, is a prominent figure in the architectural fraternity with over three decades of experience. His firm, Designers Group, has become a leading hospitality design firm in India, known for its remarkable interior design and architectural projects for hotels of all categories and brands.
