RB23 Boutique Residence by Pawel Lis

Award-winning designer Pawel Lis introduces the RB23 Boutique Residence, a modern 300-meter single-family house near Warsaw, completed in 2018. Inspired by childhood memories of wooden blocks and old pulpits at the edge of the forest, the house stands out with its unique design and functional features.

The RB23 Boutique Residence is a light and dynamic architecture composed of three rectangular clinker solids, featuring monolithic ceilings, construction brick walls, sheet metal roof, facades covered with clinker tiles, and windows with aluminum frames. The two-story house boasts a usable area of 285m2, ground area of 1800m2, and is located in a forest village near Warsaw.

The project faced challenges in changing the traditional perception of suburban villas in Poland, but the RB23 Boutique Residence successfully redefines prestige living with its functional, modern architecture. The house offers a seamless blend of day and night zones, with each household member having their own room, three bathrooms, an office, and a guest room. The daytime zone flows into a relaxation area ending with a terrace and a small heated swimming pool.

Pawel Lis's RB23 Boutique Residence received the Silver A' Design Award in 2023, recognizing its outstanding expertise, innovation, and remarkable level of excellence in architecture and design.
