CHEN YU HO unveils the innovative residential apartment design, Hsu House, blending natural elements and modern living for a harmonious family space in Taiwan.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
CHEN YU HO, in collaboration with architect Nien-Ting Hsu, presents Hsu House, a groundbreaking residential apartment design that reimagines modern living. Inspired by the interaction between solid objects and people, the space offers unparalleled flexibility and fluidity, creating a natural and liberating environment for families.
The design's unique "Living Objects" and "Color Planning" concept seamlessly connect various aspects of daily life, allowing family members to find their own spaces for activities within the open field of the home. The use of matcha green, goose yellow, and dark pink interior paint colors reflects the tropical climate and external landscape, enhancing the connection to nature.
Despite being constrained by a limited budget, the HH2O Design Workshop successfully integrated eco-friendly materials and simplified designs to achieve the ultimate success of Hsu House. The project, which commenced in June 2020 and concluded in January 2021, stands as a testament to the team's dedication to creating a harmonious living space within financial constraints.
HH2O Design Workshop's commitment to environmental sustainability and thoughtful design has garnered recognition, with Hsu House receiving the prestigious Iron A' Design Award in 2021. This accolade celebrates the project's practicality, innovation, and adherence to industry best practices, contributing to a better world.
