Garden 8: Redefining the Commercial Experience in New Cairo

Designed by Hany Saad, Garden 8 is a unique community mall that transforms the neighborhood's traditional shopping concept into a luxurious experience. The architecture frames picturesque surroundings, providing privacy for fine dining in an outdoor court, capturing a sophisticated and modernistic feel.

Garden 8 stands out as the only fully fledged community mall in New Cairo, offering a visual dialogue between splendid architecture and vast landscapes. The building, constructed with steel columns and featuring double glazed curtain walls, HPL, and unique imported materials, boasts a gross leasable area of 27500 square meters and a 7000 square meter landscape.

Opening its doors in winter 2021, Garden 8 is strategically located in the La Nuova Vista compound, surrounded by premium residential compounds and villas, offering a unique experience that transcends traditional commercial spaces.

The construction process for Garden 8 began in 2018 and was completed in a remarkably short time, providing a highly exquisite fine-dining experience in a grand architectural space. The mall has three main external access gates, ensuring convenience for visitors.

Garden 8's design is the result of extensive research into spatial layouts and human activity patterns, aiming to transform the user shopping experience by accommodating their needs and movements. The project overcame challenges, such as the lack of visibility privilege, to create a luxurious destination that transcends traditional commercial experiences.

Hany Saad, the architect and interior designer behind Garden 8, has redefined the architecture industry with his innate interest in the arts, raising the bar for how architecture and design should be. His firm, Hany Saad Innovations, has been responsible for mastermind designs like residential, commercial, and administrative projects, characterized by mixed materials, dynamic forms, and bold styles.
