Yu Ruei Chen, the design director of Raimi Interior Design, has completed the Winsome Cottage project, a 138.84 square meter residential house in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, in June 2020. The design is a fusion of modern and fashionable elements, incorporating unique lines, shapes, and colors to create a cozy and elegant atmosphere.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Yu Ruei Chen's design for the Winsome Cottage draws inspiration from the British urban yuppie style, incorporating a fixed open bookshelf as the spatial furnishing to create a hub of rich humanistic implication within the space. The use of classical blue, grey, black, and gold hues on the wallpaper, illumination, and desk in the living area and bedroom brings a captivating and cozy atmosphere to the field.
The TV wall surface is adorned with imported wallpaper, replicating the identity of the French cigar Pavilion, while the desk is made of antibacterial FENIX NTM material, enhancing the durability and aesthetics of the space. The property is meticulously furnished with unique lines and shapes, ingeniously chosen to generate delicate and cultured living scenes.
Despite the challenge of accommodating a family with two children, Yu Ruei Chen's design emphasizes a wide-open layout, meticulously arranging the furnishings to shape the interior scenery and connect and utilize each domain effectively. The Winsome Cottage project began in February 2020 and was completed in June 2020 in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
