Purest White: Office Transformation Project by Jingsi Peng

Before the renovation, the office space exuded a claustrophobic atmosphere. Jingsi Peng's team integrated concise methods to create a breakthrough, resulting in a smooth flow, clear color blocks, and distinct functionality.

The office, primarily for clothing materials research and development, required a quick transformation within a limited budget. The space is divided into fabric display, visitor, and meeting areas, with the majority dedicated to a comprehensive office for enhanced team collaboration.

Utilizing engineering flooring and retaining original cement columns and walls, the design incorporates white steel frames for cost-effective decoration and display convenience.

Covering 430 square meters, the open modern office space fosters effective communication, featuring a predominantly white, bright, and minimalist design.

The waiting areas and conference rooms are strategically partitioned to maximize natural light, creating a dynamic and light-filled environment.

The project, completed within 30 days, overcame challenges related to specific functional area requirements, working seats, and storage limitations, all while adhering to cost and construction constraints.

Jingsi Peng's Purest White project received the Silver A' Design Award in 2020, recognizing its exceptional expertise, innovation, and remarkable design characteristics.
