Shun Ming Chang unveils a modern office building design, "Flow," in Yunlin City, Taiwan, aiming to create a seamless blend of nature and space, enhancing work efficiency and fostering a comfortable environment.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Shun Ming Chang's "Flow" design concept focuses on creating a seamless blend of nature and space, allowing for smooth flow of horizontal and vertical light as well as wind, resulting in a mingled ambience between space and the external nature. The design features modern simplicity, material texture, and staggered high and low visual effects, offering a unique visual experience. The property spans 7546 square meters and was completed in July 2019 in Yunlin City, Taiwan.
The design incorporates innovative technology, including offsetting and inlay techniques, to increase the openness of the field of vision and create spatial fun. The building's transparency and visual effects of volume, along with the abundance of flowing inlay, contribute to the dynamic environment. The project was a collaborative effort, with Director Chang Shun Ming leading the team, including designers Cheng Yi Ting and Chung Ching Han.
Shun Ming Chang's "Flow" design was honored with the Bronze A' Design Award in Architecture, Building, and Structure Design in 2020. This prestigious accolade recognizes the design's outstanding creativity, technical skill, and contribution to quality of life improvements, making it a valuable addition to the architectural landscape.
