FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Mick Space Interior Design proudly presents "Home to Modern Art," a 330 square meter residential apartment in Taichung City, Taiwan. The design concept is inspired by the natural beauty of horizontal patterned stone materials, resembling an ink painting of nature with gradated colors, enhancing spatial sentiment, layers, and cultural significance.
The apartment features a unique use of three standing jewelry boxes as shoe cabinets, serving as a screen in the foyer, connecting the entire space with horizontal stone material lines. The carefully selected classic artwork collections complement the spatial decoration, while the furniture selection follows the lengthwise rectangular space to embellish the foreground and background of the area.
The design showcases a harmonious blend of imported veneer patterns with metal, glass, stone material, and leather, creating a sophisticated and modern sentiment. The spatial arrangement allows different artworks to communicate with each other through the natural flow of spatial lines, highlighting individual characteristics and creating a home that truly embodies modern art.
Mick Space Interior Design's "Home to Modern Art" was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in 2020, recognizing its outstanding and creatively ingenious design that authentically combines experience and resourcefulness.
