FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Disappeared Manufacturing has unveiled a groundbreaking Sales Centre in Banqiao District, New Taipei City, Taiwan, designed by Wey-Duan Luo and Tzu-Ping Chan. The Sales Centre draws inspiration from traditional Taiwanese houses, integrating modern construction methods to create a space that harmoniously blends the old and the new.
The Sales Centre features a steel structure, traditional Chinese windows, and a skylight courtyard, offering a multifunctional space for cultural activities, commercial events, and real estate showcases. The design incorporates elements such as a coffee shop, pastry shop, and maker workshops, providing a recreational space that interrupts the rapid urban pace.
Constructed with CNC metal lathes and eco-friendly stone paint, the Sales Centre showcases a new form of window grill styles and a roof made of metal-shaped aluminum clad panels. The project commenced in July 2020, with 8 months of design and development before the construction began in February 2021. It officially opened in April 2021, offering a unique venue that improves the public image of the client.
Recognized for its outstanding expertise and innovation, the Sales Centre was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in 2022, highlighting its remarkable level of excellence and positive impact on the community.
