Graceful Home Redesign

Ping-Hsin Chen, a prominent figure in interior design, has reimagined a 132.2 square meter residential apartment in Taipei City, Taiwan, infusing it with a philosophy of life that emphasizes love, joy, and laughter. The redesign prioritizes improved sunlight, air quality, and traffic flow, creating a space that fosters family interaction and well-being.

The redesign features a bright and white space with neat recessed ceiling lights, delicate black geometric embellishments, safe round furniture, and a kids playroom, creating a modern residential aesthetic that is broad, bright, and ideal for sharing with family. The apartment's new design allows for a clear space where a novice mom can play with children and interact freely with them in the kitchen, fostering a happy and nurturing environment for children to grow up in.

The project, which was completed on the 24th of August 2019, was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2020 for its well-designed, practical, and innovative approach that meets professional and industrial requirements. The redesign has been lauded for integrating industry best practices and competent technical characteristics, contributing to a better world.
