Torres Arquitetos introduces Sant Andrea, a 16-floor residential building in Caxias do Sul, Brazil. The structure's unique design features ample vertical monoliths with horizontal lines and balconies adorned with apparent concrete slabs and wood brises, creating a sense of movement. The building boasts a social area with over 70.00 square meters, including a spacious living room, gourmet space, and balcony. Each apartment, occupying 200.00 square meters, consists of three suites, reflecting a commitment to luxury and comfort. The project is currently under construction, with a focus on environmental sustainability, incorporating energy-efficient solutions, water conservation, and recycling initiatives. The building also integrates photovoltaic panels and electric car chargers, emphasizing a conscious approach to environmental impact reduction.
