Revolutionizing French Style in Shijiazhuang

U.P.Space Landscape Design introduces the Sunac Center Residential Landscape, a revolutionary concept that upgrades the recognized French style, creating a beautiful community with temperament, warmth, and interest. The project spans 230,806 square meters, including 201,179 square meters of landscape, and was completed in Hebei in July 2020.

The project's unique approach focuses on the integration of Low Impact Development (LID) and landscape construction, resulting in a Biophilic Design that brings natural elements closer to residents. The design aims to provide a sustainable and beautiful living experience, with a focus on ecological and natural resources.

The Sunac Center Residential Landscape offers a diverse range of housing options, with over 30 different house designs, providing a private and unique living experience for each resident. The project also optimizes the road network's spatial structure, creating a winding ring road system to enhance the community's connectivity and accessibility.

One of the key challenges overcome in the project was the management of the waterscape in northern China, balancing the rich waterscape experience with maintenance costs. The design skillfully controls the area of the waterscape to ensure a considerable scenery even in winter, addressing the maintenance and aesthetic concerns effectively.
