The main mass of the building is designed around an integrated void, allowing airflow and moisture to escape from inside the building. The surrounding movement path aids airflow and prevents air confinement, while the stretch of the gables on the corridors controls direct sunlight and ambient temperature. The sloping and homogeneous roofs on all sides of the building effectively manage rainwater and provide the ability to use photovoltaic panels, ensuring automatic control of radiation, humidity, and airflow with minimal consumption of non-renewable energy.
