FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Su- Hsiang Hung's The Marrow of Tradition draws inspiration from the concept of Utopia, as described by Chinese literate Yuan Ming Tao, creating a tranquil space away from urban hustle on Dongshan Road in Taichung. The 465 square meter property offers a unique spiritual world through natural sceneries, embodying a peaceful and elegant spatial style.
The counter's arc design extends spatial dimensions, while lively green and warm pale wood colors dominate the main base color tone. The dining area features tables and chairs in dark and pale wood colors, enhancing visual layers. The wall surfaces are paved with tiles, offering both aesthetics and practicality.
Changing the vision to the second floor, a mural tells the story of the proprietor's journey, from a vendor to a store owner, aiming to inspire customers not to fear failure and to remember their original intentions.
