FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
The "Modern Classical" residential apartment design by Ching-Ya Chou seamlessly integrates modern and classical elements to craft a captivating living space. The property, spanning 158.7 square meters, features meticulously organized layouts that prevent the intrusion of bathroom damp air into the main area.
The living and dining rooms are adorned with vivid paintings, metal ornaments, and light fixtures, creating a vibrant and invigorating ambiance. The entryway, decorated with a small chandelier and delicate cracked patterns on the stone surface, elegantly divides the living and dining areas.
This project stands out for its unique division of space, with a wide public area, a quiescent study room and guest toilet, and a private rear area. The design skillfully incorporates diverse materials, infusing subtle classical features into modern structures.
Ching-Ya Chou's design also features a raised study room adorned with woods for a calm working environment, a master bedroom exuding classical charm with leathers and carved panels, and a girlâs room boasting elegant textures with lavender purple accents and French-style carved panels.
This exceptional design was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2020, recognizing its practicality, innovation, and integration of industry best practices. Ching-Ya Chou's "Modern Classical" design truly sets a new standard for residential interior design.
