Wei Dan Chen's "Fulfillment" design draws inspiration from the clients, retired Buddhists, reflecting the core value of Buddhism - "peace of mind leads inner fulfillment." The design features recessed wall lamps, natural light, and a round lamp to represent the concept of Buddhist perspective on human fulfillment.
Unique to this design is its eco-friendly approach, maintaining the original layout to reduce disposals and incorporating natural materials such as rattan, iron, stone, and wood. The use of mineral coating also adapts to the damp location of the house, making the residence comfortable and visually spacious.
Wei Dan Chen, based in Taipei, Taiwan, has been recognized for this outstanding and creatively ingenious design, which incorporates best practices in art, science, design, and technology, contributing to quality of life improvements.
