HYP-ARCH DESIGN proudly presents the Poly Chief Palace, a striking sales center that seamlessly blends traditional Chinese architectural elements with industrial aesthetics. The project, located in Shenyang's Tiexi District, serves as a testament to the region's rich industrial heritage while embracing modern design concepts. The unique fusion of Chinese cultural motifs and industrial details sets this project apart, creating a one-of-a-kind architectural masterpiece.

The design team drew inspiration from the historical significance of the Tiexi District, infusing the project with elements that pay homage to the area's industrial legacy. By incorporating traditional Chinese landscape elements and architectural language alongside industrialized components, the Poly Chief Palace stands as a symbol of the harmonious coexistence of tradition and modernity.

Spanning an impressive 223035.60 square meters, the sales center's design is a result of meticulous research and creative problem-solving. The team overcame various challenges to realize the project, ensuring that every detail, from the façade to the spatial structure, reflects the grandeur and uniqueness of traditional Chinese culture.
