Urban Art Museum: A Tribute to Natural Character of Water and Soil

KJJH DESIGN proudly presents "The Memory of Poetry," a modern sales office located in Wuyi New District, Nanping City. Inspired by the spiritually oriental origami, this project seamlessly blends contemporary oriental art with the shape of Wuyi tea mountains and Hakka enclosed dwellings. The design reflects the connotation of culture and works with national culture has great development potential. The project started in May 2021 and was completed in December 2021 in Fujian, China.

The 500㎡ space combines natural feelings and cultural heritage, serving as an important participant in urban evolution. The design allows the rounded curve to stretch in space, slowly flowing through every corner, eliminating boundaries and hiding edges and corners through deformation and sequence reorganization. The penetrability of space comes from the free flow of wall, roof, and ground, and the integration of cylinders and lines and planes. This optimization of column size makes it large-span column-free space possible, releasing more column-free space.
