Tengchong Heshunli Sales Center

Located at the north of the ancient Nanzhao Kingdom citysite of Tengchong City in Yunnan Province, the Tengchong Heshunli Sales Center is a natural, leisurely, and elegant space integrating traditional Chinese elements and modern space construction. It aims to become the new landmark and business card showcasing Tengchong's regional culture. The center was completed in December 2018.

The main hall features a calm and warm burlywood color as the main tone, with movable wired glass partitions and crisscrossing brass grilles adding visual interest. A geometric staircase made of wood veneer leads to the second floor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The space also features floor standing art installations and a negotiation area with light luxury elements.

Kevin Hu's design reflects the cultural heritage of Tengchong, integrating the spiritual evolution of the region into a modern, comprehensive community. The space is a testament to the designer's more than ten years of experience in top brand hotel and high-end interior design services, showcasing a mature and sensitive perspective of design.
