Pei-Lun, Chang's Heart Residence, a large-scale mansion in Taoyuan, Taiwan, redefines multi-generational living with innovative design and functionality.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Pei-Lun, Chang's Heart Residence challenges the norms of contemporary residential design by seamlessly integrating two adjacent households into one, catering to a three-generation, seven-member family. The design prioritizes creating a high-quality environment in the public space to promote family interaction while maintaining personalization of private spaces.
The unique features of Heart Residence include an independent game room adjacent to the living room, designed with the concept of Lego blocks, creating an exclusive castle-like atmosphere for the children. The living room boasts a distinctive industrial style, with cultural stone walls and red brick elements, complemented by a planet-like scene created by arc ceilings and ring-shaped chandeliers.
The design's technical specifications include a spacious 221m2 area, and it is located in Taoyuan, Taiwan, with a completion date of February 2021.
Heart Residence was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2023 for its well-designed, practical, and innovative approach that meets professional and industrial requirements, setting new standards for multi-generational living spaces.
