Yueh-Ching Cho's Family Bliss project is a testament to the harmonious cohabitation of three generations under one roof, blending the warmth of natural materials with modern design. The 415 square meter space features warm wood tones and a stacked design, creating a seamless connection with the lush courtyard outside.
The design's unique properties lie in its focus on hospitality, ample lighting, and expansive views, creating a sense of openness and vibrancy. The use of natural materials and the integration of outdoor greenery bring a taste of life and a desire to connect with nature into the living space.
The realization of the design involved a meticulous combination of metal parts, natural stone, and solid wood, along with innovative storage solutions and an effective introduction of outdoor greenery. The project was completed in April 2022 in Changhua, Taiwan.
Yueh-Ching Cho's Family Bliss project has been recognized with the Bronze A' Design Award in 2023, celebrating its outstanding and creatively ingenious design that redefines inter-generational living. The project sets a new standard for harmonious family living, integrating nature, modern design, and the essence of inter-generational cohabitation.
