Award-winning designer Yi Tonghua creates a fairytale world in the heart of Zhongshan, China, with the Tong Yueli sales center, offering a unique and enchanting experience for visitors of all ages. Completed in September 2019, this project reimagines the concept of a sales center, infusing it with the innocence and romance of childhood fairy tales, and was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in 2020.

The Tong Yueli sales center, designed by Yi Tonghua, is a 308 square meter space located in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. The space is a visual masterpiece, inspired by the imagery of the little prince and the enchanting elements of fairy tales. It offers a warm and healing experience, inviting visitors to explore a beautiful world from a child's perspective.
The lobby of the sales center is a visual spectacle, with bright colors and paper sculptures depicting luxuriant trees, blooming flowers, and adorable deer, creating an atmosphere of an enchanted forest. The space is illuminated with hidden light strips, casting a warm yellow glow, and colorful balls overhead, adding to the romantic ambiance.
Yi Tonghua's design integrates the imagination of children with the experiences of adults, creating a unique style that encourages visitors to explore the inner world of children and contemplate the meaning of growing up. The project was the first of its kind in Zhongshan, aiming to introduce the concept of an intelligent community, where children can grow up within a community that also serves an educational function.
Yi Tonghua, a pioneer in Chinaâs interior and decoration design industry, founded his own team in Shenzhen in 1999. His team has become a long-term strategic partner of renowned real estate developers such as Vanke, Longfor, Gemdale, and AVIC. The designer's philosophy revolves around the idea that "beauty is a common feeling of pleasure," and his works reflect a unique language that interprets the beauty of life, satisfying clientsâ longing and imagination for happiness.
