Under the context of traditional space design, Redo Tea seeks to reinterpret and reexamine warehousing space, aiming to present beautiful things to the public rather than hiding them away. The project breaks the single function of traditional warehouse space and creates a new scene in line with contemporary lifestyle through a mixed space mode.

The concept of warehouse 2.0 introduces a new urban scene by embedding a behavioral picture of modern urban life, including libraries, art galleries, exhibition halls, tea, and beverage tasting centers. This transforms a single micro-space into an "open urban space" on a larger scale, promoting an open and dynamic warehousing mode.

Spanning 7000 sq. m. with a floor height of 9m, the space organically organizes reading space, exhibition space, and tea tasting space as floating boxes through space language, creating an immersive experience for visitors. The project, which began in July 2019, is currently under construction in Xi'an city, Shaanxi province of China.

Redo Tea serves as an interface for new business experiments and a generator of activities, providing unlimited business imagination in the era of 5G technology. The project aims to share "scenario" aesthetic experiences with the public, accommodating thinking, freeing the soul, and carrying out emotional interactions between individuals and man-made things.

Hongrui Luan, the founder of SIGN Architectural Design Consulting Beijing Co,.Ltd, has designed and completed millions of square meters of architectural and interior design projects, including the Beijing Zhengfusi Cathedral and the new terminal and supporting comprehensive project of V.C. bird international airport in Antigua and Barbuda. His aim is to deliver excellent user experiences based on in-depth consumption understanding, driving business and human revolution with creative design.
