Lin,zhi-long & Su,nan-kai Unveils a Unique Residential House Design in Kaohsiung
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Lin,zhi-long & Su,nan-kai presents "The South Stone With Olive Leaf," a residential house design that seamlessly integrates architecture and interior concepts. The design, completed in October 2018 in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, embraces a nature-friendly approach, filling every room with natural light and air.
The structure was meticulously planned to create a seamless flow between the living room, dining room, and kitchen, all arranged in a line to extend the space and focus on the green balcony. The patio, positioned at the center of the building, serves to illuminate the living space, bringing natural elements such as morning sun and moonlight into daily life.
Combining wood, stone, and wallpaper, the design emphasizes the utilization of natural elements such as wind, light, and trees, resulting in a cozy living space that brings residents closer to nature.
Leo Lin and Eric SU, along with Lin,zhi-long & Su,nan-kai, brought this vision to life, infusing the design with a sense of tranquility and harmony. The project, which started in June 2018, was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in 2020, recognizing its outstanding expertise and innovation in interior space, retail, and exhibition design.
