Sunbay Park: A Modern Iconic Urban Design

NDA - NEW DESIGN ASSOCIATES LIMITED proudly unveils Sunbay Park, a modern iconic urban design located in Ninh Thuan, Viet Nam. The complex includes a five-star hotel, two condotels, water parks, and numerous commercial and public facilities, enriching the living experience of both travelers and local city-dwellers. Inspired by the traditional dance of the local people, the building shapes reflect smooth movements and lively rhythms, integrating softly with surrounding spaces and ensuring urban ventilation as well as sea views for backside areas.

The 3.6-hectare project, with 55 floors and 282,000 sqm of GFA, features 3,100 rooms and is set to be completed by the end of 2021. The design incorporates Champa culture patterns and colors, evoking a traditional spirit in a contemporary setting. The innovative approach to the design includes rotating tower blocks to reduce total power consumption by avoiding direct sunlight from the East and West, thus enhancing energy efficiency.

The project's unique properties aim to create iconic urban shapes for the city while integrating softly with surrounding spaces and ensuring urban ventilation as well as sea views for backside areas. The usage of Champa patterns and colors evokes the traditional spirit in a contemporary design, creating a visually striking and culturally significant architectural masterpiece.
