Citychamp Dartong Plaza - Headquarters and Creative Offices

NDA Group's design for the Citychamp Dartong Plaza draws inspiration from the traditional Fujian Tulou circular layout and the region's shipbuilding heritage, creating a unique headquarters and creative offices that spearhead the shift in working habits across Mainland China and the world. The building's vertical rhythm pays homage to the local tradition of shipbuilding, while its green features and cantilevered terraces showcase the best ecological practices, providing a healthy and ecologic community for the country's new workforce generation.

The 37,350 sqm building, nearing completion in 2020, features company headquarters, affiliate company offices, commercials, and common spaces. The design encourages interaction and community building through its large outdoor patio and extensive green outdoor terraces, fostering a collaborative environment for the different teams sharing the office floors. The ample provisions of F&B and retail spaces ensure that the building responds to the requests of the millennial workforce, creating a vibrant and dynamic workplace.
