Shijiazhuang Vanke proudly presents a groundbreaking sales exhibition center designed by Neville Yung, aimed at providing a tranquil haven within the bustling urban landscape. The center, spanning 1500 square meters, redefines the traditional sales center concept by incorporating elements of a coffee house to create a harmonious and inviting atmosphere.
Diverging from conventional sales centers, the innovative design places the building model display in the rear area, fostering interactive experiences that inspire visitors to explore diverse future possibilities. The space is adorned with various dolls, infusing it with a vibrant and energetic ambiance.
The centerpiece of the design is the coffee area, where the ceiling features a nonuniform arrangement of solid hexagons inspired by the chemical formula of coffee roasting. This, combined with a solid wood floor, creates a warm and cozy aesthetic, departing from the coldness of traditional materials.
