Minimalist Interior Design at Casa Marina, Tai Po, Hong Kong

Grande Development Limited proudly presents the breathtaking Casa Marina project, a remarkable eight-storey minimalist design located in Tai Po, Hong Kong. The project, completed in September 2019, is a testament to the perfect fusion of simplicity and functionality, catering to the owner's desire for a serene and harmonious living space.

The design, spanning 2,006 square feet, is characterized by a neutral color palette, stylized chandeliers, and wall lamps, creating a consistent and calming atmosphere throughout the house. The use of less than five colors ensures a harmonious experience, perfectly complementing the owner's personality and the structure of the house.

To combat the high-ceiling environment, wooden elements and flooring were incorporated, bridging the gap between the house and the private garden, while also adding warmth and character to the space.

One of the most distinctive features of this design is the strategic placement of functional rooms, such as an extra-large bathroom with a central lily-white bathtub and a dressing room-like cloakroom, ensuring optimal utilization of the spacious house.

The project was not without its challenges, as the half-layered structure and disproportionately high ceilings presented unique obstacles. However, Grande Development Limited overcame these challenges, delivering a design that seamlessly meets the owner's requirements and needs.

Grande Development Limited is honored to have received the prestigious A' Design Award in 2020 for this remarkable project, further solidifying its reputation for delivering practical, innovative, and industry-leading interior design solutions.
