FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Wang Zhike and Li Xiaoshui have created a masterpiece with Anbuwa Lake Villa, a 900-square-meter retreat that embodies tranquility and harmony with nature. Inspired by the owner's love for the natural environment and a leisurely lifestyle, the villa seamlessly integrates slow-paced living with the surrounding landscape.
The villa's interior showcases a blend of natural colors and materials, including shades of grey, white, and logs, creating a soothing ambiance. The living room features Pandomo with a cement texture, a high-quality self-leveling cement that adds a soft and delicate touch to the walls and floors. This unique material not only eliminates gaps but also enhances the overall texture, elevating the sense of home and comfort.
Despite the potential "lonely" feel of the material, the designers have skillfully combined Pandomo with solid wood furniture, infusing warmth and coziness into the space. The result is a living environment that exudes a distinct sense of life, offering a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for residents and guests.
The realization of Anbuwa Lake Villa involved the use of Pandomo, stainless steel, and logs to complete the basic covering of the house, showcasing a seamless integration of modern and natural elements. The entire project, which commenced in February 2018 and concluded in February 2019, reflects a meticulous approach to design and construction, resulting in a harmonious and captivating living space.
Despite facing complex construction challenges, including intricate joint detailing and the use of stainless steel moldings, the designers persevered in delivering a unique and expressive design that perfectly aligned with the owner's vision. The villa's completion was celebrated with the prestigious Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2020, recognizing its exceptional creativity and contribution to enhancing quality of life.
