Gonverge Interior Design unveils the groundbreaking cultural and commercial complex, Lafonce Maxone, in Xi'an, China, integrating a bookstore with lifestyle aesthetic experiences and innovative design.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Gonverge Interior Design introduces Lafonce Maxone, a revolutionary 36,000 sqm cultural and commercial complex in Xi'an, China. Situated in an industrial area with limited foot traffic, the project aims to transcend geographical constraints by leveraging culture to attract visitors. The theme of "book" permeates the space, offering a unique and immersive experience.
The centerpiece of Lafonce Maxone is the 18m-high, 240m-long artistic book walls, constructed with steel structures and transparent glass. This pioneering design not only revitalizes the urban commercial space but also fosters a strong experiential sense of space, attracting customers and maximizing the flow of visitors.
Through a strategic fusion of culture and commerce, Lafonce Maxone offers a diverse range of business forms, creating a dynamic environment that defies the challenges of its remote location. The project, led by Spatial Design and Commercial Planning Director Han-Sheng Cheng, has successfully redefined the concept of urban commercial space in Xi'an and beyond.
