Michele Berdugo, a visionary designer, unveiled a groundbreaking exhibition design concept at MUNIEXPO, focusing on the theme of innovation for Smart Cities. The 3D design aims to immerse visitors in the futuristic cityscape, addressing the challenges of urbanization and sustainability.
The design project, spanning 3000m2, encompasses various areas such as the registration hall, VIP lounge, B2B meeting rooms, conference stages, and the Gala event venue. It integrates sustainability and innovation into its core, creating a captivating experience for attendees.
Utilizing lightweight materials such as aluminum, plexiglass, and mesh, the design features hanging and geometric elements, while furniture, props, lighting, and LED screens enhance the immersive experience. The exhibition hall flooring is adorned with personalized printed carpets, and greenery installations add a touch of nature to the futuristic setting.
The project, from initial briefing to onsite completion, spanned 4 months and was a recipient of the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in 2021, recognizing its outstanding contribution to interior space, retail, and exhibition design.
