Lvyou Road Jinmao Sales Offices Design

Yongna Sheng's design for the Sales Office of JIN MAO Fu on Lvyou Road is a testament to the pure and spiritual Oriental Aesthetics, exuding a high and elegant Literati Spirit. The design reflects a return to a pure and quiet poetic life amidst the modern city, drawing inspiration from the brightness of moonlight, the natural beauty of the lake, and the literary pursuits of oriental poetry.

Today's sales center has evolved beyond its traditional role, and Yongna Sheng's design explores new possibilities for future sales modes, using art and design to create a new symbol of the city's architecture.

The project, spanning 1200 square meters, utilized marble, metal, wood veneer, leather, and real silk to realize the vision of the Sales Offices. The design aims to create a prominent image that reflects the characteristics of the real estate while stimulating positive psychological feelings in customers to enhance their desire to buy.

The project, which commenced in May 2009 and concluded in October 2019 in Shandong, China, was driven by extensive research into the impact of sales office design on consumer psychology and purchasing decisions. Overcoming challenges in layout and functional division, the design ensures a smooth sales process and effective packaging of the real estate.

Yongna Sheng, the visionary designer behind this project, is the founder of Beijing Serendipper Design Co., LTD., boasting 17 years of design experience. The company, with 100 employees, has established strong relationships with well-known Chinese real estate enterprises, reflecting Sheng's dedication to providing perfect design solutions.
