Revolutionizing Corporate Headquarters with Innovative Flexibility and Functionality

Millton Yu's design team has transformed an eight-floor corporate headquarters in the heart of Taipei into a multifunctional space that goes beyond traditional office layouts. The design incorporates entrance halls, dance classrooms, studios, multi-functional exhibition halls, light food cafes, and VIP rest areas, providing a versatile and dynamic environment for modern businesses.

The design's unique feature lies in its adaptability, with white walls and ceilings in the lobby and multi-functional exhibition hall, original texture cement floors, and movable furniture in meeting rooms and recreational spaces, allowing for seamless future modifications without the need for extensive reconstruction.

Spanning 466 square meters, the project showcases a minimalist design concept, characterized by simple lines, low chroma colors, and methodical details, creating an elegant and comfortable ambiance for users.

The project faced challenges in reconfiguring the original residential layout and adhering to the client's brand style within a limited budget. Despite these hurdles, the design successfully embodies the client's image while achieving a balance between cost-effectiveness and aesthetic appeal.
