Ghiath Al Masri introduces Abstract House, a stunning residential project that seamlessly merges modern aesthetics with traditional Kuwaiti architectural elements. The design, inspired by the concept of imagined height within a single-story residence, features two stories flanked by usable green space and intentional exaggerations of height. This innovative approach creates a unique living space that pays homage to tradition while embracing modernity.

The house boasts individually shaped columns and a central courtyard, reminiscent of traditional Kuwaiti houses designed to regulate internal temperatures. This blend of modern sensibility with traditional architectural elements sets Abstract House apart, offering a harmonious coexistence of past and present within its design.

Constructed using a blend of concrete and steel structures, including concrete finish, white sigma, and black marble, Abstract House stands as a testament to architectural innovation. The plot spans 750 sqm, with a height of 16m from street level, featuring a basement, three floors, and various amenities such as parking, storage, and living quarters for staff.

Ghiath Al Masri's design expertise is evident in the meticulous layout of Abstract House, featuring a U-shaped ground floor with distinct sections, a garden, and double-glazed glass passages connecting the building's two sides. The first floor comprises multiple bedrooms, while the second floor houses facilities and services, including a gym, storage, and a maid's room.
