FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Cibelle Costa Barbosa presents Casa da Varanda, a residential project that seamlessly blends natural elements with contemporary architecture. The design features wooden slats, concrete pillars, bricks, and natural stone, creating a harmonious environment. LED lighting is strategically integrated into the wooden slatted ceiling, providing a well-lit and inviting space.
The standout feature of Casa da Varanda is the integration of the porch area into the body of the house, creating a large and cohesive space for various activities, including a TV room, barbecue with wood stove, social area with an island counter, and a rustic dining table. The project showcases a unique combination of wood, brick, concrete, and stone, setting it apart from traditional residential designs.
Utilizing natural materials such as wood, brick, concrete, and rustic porcelain tiles, the project exudes warmth and elegance. The design specifications include rooms with high ceilings and wooden ceilings, covering a total area of 173.50 m2.
The Casa da Varanda project is designed to promote unity and interaction among family and friends. The gourmet kitchen, featuring a wood stove and oven, serves as a focal point for cooking and socializing, reflecting the Brazilian culture of communal gatherings around a stove. The space is intended to foster relationships and create a welcoming environment for shared experiences.
Initiated in January 2017 in Franca, Brazil, the project was completed in January 2020, showcasing meticulous attention to detail and thoughtful integration of various functional elements. The design successfully overcame the challenge of harmoniously combining cozy interior design with minimalist architecture, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces.
Casa da Varanda was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in 2021, recognizing its exceptional creativity, technical prowess, and innovative design. The project exemplifies outstanding expertise and innovation, eliciting positive emotions and admiration for its remarkable level of excellence.
