Archizeit Studio Unveils Deuz, a Portable Cabin Concept for Eco-Tourism and Wilderness Retreats
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Archizeit Studio, led by founder Alexandru Zingaliuc, introduces Deuz, a conceptual prefab cabin designed for eco-tourism and wilderness vacations. The innovative design reimagines the traditional wooden cabin, offering a movable shelter that can be placed anywhere, providing the comfort of a household while being immersed in nature.
The Deuz cabin is a modular prefabricated shelter, assembled with ease in the wild environment, offering protection from the elements and predators, while allowing occupants to connect with nature. Despite its compact size, the cabin features a kitchen, sleeping area, and a bathroom with a shower, providing all the essentials for comfortable living.
The cabin is made of four prefabricated modules, each consisting of a metallic case with thermal insulation, covered with plywood inside and charred wood outside. The adaptable metal structure allows the construction to be positioned on any terrain, ensuring versatility and adaptability.
Deuz is equipped with a fireplace, underfloor heating, water tank, and an integrated electrical system, providing a fully functional living space that can be placed on any landscape. The concept was developed in October 2021, with a focus on creating a modern, adaptable structure that integrates seamlessly into natural surroundings.
Archizeit Studio's Deuz project was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in 2022, recognizing its innovative and creative design that enhances the quality of life and contributes to a better living environment. The studio's architectural philosophy emphasizes warm, welcoming spaces that consider the built environment, with a focus on material choice and structural engineering solutions.
