Guo Jie's Poly Central Residence, completed in Dec. 2018, is a modern sales center in Yangjiang, China, integrating natural elements like water drops, jellyfish, and hippo into its design, creating a visual arts space full of free dreams and ocean culture.

Guo Jie's Unique Integration of Architectural Blocks in Poly Central Residence
Guo Jie's design for Poly Central Residence stands out with its integration of architectural blocks to imitate coastal rocks, interpreting the traces of time and tide, and presenting a pure and shocking visual effect. The 900 square meter space features customized walls, ceiling, reception counter, water bar, showcase, and scaled model, creating a modern, elegant, and creative environment.
The project is a testament to Guo Jie's simple and elegant design style, offering a poetic space where visitors can experience great freedom and a colorful living experience in Yangjiang City. The rocky walls and blocky ceiling, adorned with green moss, create a silent but touching symphony that echoes the waterscape outside.
Guo Jie's Poly Central Residence was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in 2020 for its outstanding expertise, innovation, and remarkable level of excellence in interior space, retail, and exhibition design.
