Fantasy: Office Design Plan for a Technology Company

Hsiu-Hsiu Yu's award-winning project, Fantasy, is an office design plan for a technology company, located in the CBD building on the 7th redevelopment zone, Taichung City. The office, spanning 105 square meters, is adorned with futuristic materials and colors, featuring unique and stylish 3D methods on office decorations, inspired by the fanciful industrial design of Universal Studios.

The office space encompasses various departments including sales, engineering, telephone technology R&D, marketing, executive offices, conference rooms, and training rooms, creating an energetic and cozy ambience. The project, completed in Taipei City, Taiwan, features distinctive design elements such as the Iron Man figure and earth 3D model at the entrance, as well as delicate conference room decorations inspired by movie scenes.

The challenges overcome in the design process include the incorporation of arc wood craftsmanship and unique methods in the big conference room, as well as the optimization of traffic flows through island-style office furniture and track lightings on exposed ceilings. The terrace, adorned with wood seats and booths, further enhances the specialty and humanity in the office decorations.
